Digital health EU funding scheme open for Welsh applications
Welsh companies and organisations will be able to access R&D funding as Wales becomes a regional partner with a major EU scheme, the Cabinet Minister for Enterprise, Connectivity and Energy, Adam Price, has announced.

- Agency will be built around innovation, target inward investment and help Welsh businesses grow and scale.
100 new jobs and major carbon reduction boost in plastics firm expansion
- 100 new jobs in Gorseinon and Tredegar by March 2028
- Operation will more than will double Wales’ reprocessing capacity for recycled plastic.
- Reducing the carbon footprint of Wales by around 150,000 tonnes per year – the equivalent of taking 120,000 cars off the road.
