Biodiversity Deep Dive - overnight line

Comisiynwyd y Deifio Dwfn Bioamrywiaeth - Llinell Dros Nos

Today the results of a short, intensive review into biodiversity will be published and presented at Wales’ Biodiversity Partnership Conference 2022.

The Biodiversity Deep Dive was commissioned by Welsh Government and compiled by Wales’ top nature experts and practitioners.

It will make recommendations on how Wales can help nature recover and comes ahead of a landmark United Nations Conference of the Parties (COP15) in Canada in December, where global leaders will meet to agree targets to combat the nature emergency.

Climate Change Minister Julie James is expected to make an announcement at 9am.
